HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MANGO ICE-CREAM FOR SALE

14 oz full fat Coconut Milk
3 – 4 Cups frozen Mango chunks
4 Tablespoons Honey
Lemon Juice optional.
Ensure your mangos are frozen.
If you can not get store bought mangos, just buy your regular mangos but ensure the ones you are buying are the ripe ones that is yellow in colour.
After which you should now put it in the freezer until it is well frozen.
Once it's frozen, you can now cut into smaller chunks.
The first thing to do is to pour your coconut milk into the blender, as this will help the blending process.
Now add in your frozen mangos. You might need to make use of a very good blender because the mangos are really frozen.
Then add your honey into the content of the blender. This will help to not only sweeten it but it will enhance the texture of the ice cream.
Then also add your lemon juice. But if your mango is really tart, you do not need to add it at all.
Ensure to blend a little at a time before eventually blending it into you have a smooth paste
After blending, you should have a smooth and creamy past.
Now pour it in a container
Ensure to cover up the container and allow it to freeze for about 3 to 4hours or more but if it stays longer, it might be difficult to scoop out.
