The Suit seeking to commit the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress
(APC), Adams Oshiomhole to prison for flagrant disobedience of Order of Court has
been slated for hearing on February 18.

In the Suit pending before a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, sitting in Bwari,

with Suit No: FCT/HC/BW/CV/103/2018, the Claimant and the Imo State APC Chairman.

State, Daniel Nwafor, sought an Order of Court to Commit Adams Oshiomhole to prison.

for the flagrant disobedience of an Order of the Court restraining him from tampering
with the tenure of the elected APC State Exco in Imo State, which was issued on
August 14, 2018.

The Motion on Notice read in part, “take Notice that this Honourable Court shall be
moved on the 18th of February 2019, at the hour of 9 O’clock in the forenoon or so
thereafter as Counsel on behalf of the 3rd Defendant/Applicant may be heard praying
the Court for the following;
