Although aging is a natural process and in most cases there is really nothing that we can do to help it, research has shown that there are some activities that we engage in daily that would quicken the aging process.

Quick one, if you daily crave meals that are filled with foods that cause chronic inflammation, such as vegetable oils, margarine, red meats, white bread, or sugary, processed foods, you're not doing your skin any favors. 

These foods can cause inflammation in your body, which may accelerate wrinkle formation. To prevent premature aging, stock up on foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) such as flaxseeds, flaxseed oil, avocados, salmon, and and olive oil. 

These foods will help your skin maintain its soft and supple look.

Why not try out fruits and veggies instead. 

Fresh produce is abundant in zinc, selenium, vitamin C, and beta carotene, all of which are key players in the body's production of collagen (which keeps skin firm), as well as protecting against free radicals. 

Here's a look at 10 of it:

1. As said earlier, eating processed meals regularly will make you look like Celine Dion at 40! Eat a lot of grapes sweetie
2. Watching horror movies too much. I know you don't 100 percent agree with this, but horror movies won't make you smile so much, which is one key ingredient to staying younger. Trust me if you look it up on the internet, you'd see i'm right
3. Are you a sadist, do you detest smiling for no reason, does it take eternity to get you to smile? I just wanted to let you know that if you don't want to age faster, you should start smiling more often, because it slows down aging.
4. Alcohol will leave your skin dehydrated, sick, with a pot-belly and make you age faster, you really think it's worth it?
Rethink sweetie, rethink!
5. Avoid chemical-formulated creams, but go for natural organic moisturizers. Cleansing and moisturizing helps protect skin and keep it healthy; but banish regular soap, which can be drying for older skin. Instead, use a cleanser that gently washes without stripping skin of its natural moisture.
Also, make sure to follow with a good moisturizer, morning and night.
6. It sounds weird, but When sipping drinks through a straw you have to purse your lips which can cause lines and wrinkles to form around your mouth. The same applies to smoking. Try drinking directly from the glass, and if you’re a smoker try your best to quit. It can be a long and hard process, but quitting it has a lot of good things to do to you.
7. Forget the traditional style of sleeping on one's side, Sleeping on your side, experts say that sleeping flat on your back is the best position to sleep and stay young, fresh, and rested. With your face squashed into the pillow, causes and increases wrinkles on the cheeks and chin. 
8.Try your possible best to expose your skin and hair to too much heat, avoid using hair dryer all the time, avoid baring your skin to the sking too much, make ude of UV sun screen protection.
9. Sitting down too much with the TV will achieve you from achieving your 'Forever young' dreams, one study found that for every hour you spend watching TV your life expectancy decreases by 22 minutes. Experts recommend that whether you’re on the couch or sitting at your desk, you get up every half hour to walk.
10. I could go on, there's a lot more reasons why we age faster, but these ones here are really important to take note of. Well, do not wear too much make up, and always wash it off at the end of the day, and ensure you get enough rest, night rest especially!
