109-Year-Old Woman Reveals That Avoiding Men is a key Ingredient to LIVING LONGER

Jesse Gallon, a woman who died at the age of 109 has given us a very delicious recipe to living longer, women especially, and it's simple, stay away from men.

Just before she passed away, she left two brief principles for living a long life and so we captured these gems of wisdom below.
Jessie Gallan, officially the oldest woman in Scotland, was 109 years at the time of this interview.
During discussions, she divulged two spicy secrets for a long life and be warned, they might unseat you.
She starts with diet, saying that having porridge for breakfast was the first antidote to aging.
Then she follows up with an audacious claim that avoiding men was the pill to complete the dosage.
Aha! Mother was always right, men are no good.
Well, she goes on to say “They’re just more trouble than they’re worth.”
Peeling a layer off this amazing centenarian’s life, we see what experiences have shaped her the unique point of view.
Starting with the diet, we can only say that that was what she took for breakfast.
Also, she to took the single route in life. Starting to fend for herself at the age of 13, she was no stranger to self-sustenance and sufficiency.
She hinted the above claim when she said “I worked hard and seldom would I ever take a holiday,”
She went on to discuss life after 100, in an interview with the Daily Mail.
Her caregiver speaks of her in a cheerful manner saying “She’s absolutely amazing.”
