Breaking: Osibanjo escape a faulty choper

The proposed chopper to convey Vice-President Yemi Osibanjo from the Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College, Gwagwalada in Abuja, was forced to land, few seconds after takeoff on Thursday.

It was a  graduation ceremony of Senior Division Course 1/2018 participants, which had Vice president Yemi Osibanjo in attendance.

The chopper conveyed the Vice President to the college for the ceremony, before attempting to take off again after the event with vice president inside.
Reports reaching us say's that while taking off, the chopper could not fly pass tree level before it effuses thick smoke and landed on the same spots few seconds after take off.
The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen Tukur Buratai and Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Sadique Abubakar, had already departed from the venue with their respective convoys when the incident happened.
