Meet the Porn Star Who Says #Timesup for On Screen Rape and Violence

Porn actress Nikki Benz is suing sex film studio Brazzers for $5million over an allegation she was sexually assaulted during an unscripted scene.

The star, 36, first made the claim in 2016 against Brazzers, porn director Tony T and her co-star Ramon Nomar, alleging she was subjected to a catalogue of violent actions including being choked by Tony and having her head stomped on by Nomar.

In 2017, both men filed a joint defamation lawsuit against Nikki, claiming posts she published on social media about the XXX scene were false. They also denied her allegations and the defamation case is still ongoing.

But this week, Nikki - real name Alla Montchak - filed a new suit against Brazzers, parent company MindGeek, Tony T - real name Abraham Ismail - and Nomar detailing the graphic violence she claims she was subjected to during the making of the 45-minute BDSM-themed anal sex video.

In court documents posted to Twitter by Nikki's lawyer, Nikki alleges she was 'waterboarded' by having her own underwear stuffed into her mouth while "water was poured down her throat causing her to choke".

She also details how she was allegedly hit so hard in the head, breast and face that she ended up bleeding, and was touched sexually by Tony despite not giving him consent. She alleges that she told both men to stop and yelled "cut!" several times to express her discomfort.

Nikki says in the legal documents that Tony forced her to record an 'exit interview' on camera after the x-rated scene wrapped, in which she stated she would work with him again in the future. Nikki claims Tony threated to withhold her payment for the shoot unless she did this.

She initially refused, having said on camera that she wouldn't do a similar scene again, but acquiesced with Tony's demand to retract her statement after the threat was made, she claims.

Nikki is now seeking at least $5million in damages for the alleged sexual assault and battery, her attorney Daniel Gilleon told Adult Video News. He said she suffered pain and emotional distress as a result of the shoot.

The porn actress, who played an Ivanka Trump parody in one of her four 2017 films, had tweeted about the scene in question shortly after it was filmed.

"I guess rape scenes are in now huh?" she told her followers on December 19 2016.

"On set bullying, rape, & violence should never happen. #NoMeansNo on camera, off camera. Just NO!" she wrote a day later.
